Research on Missile Remote Test System Design Based on Network Technology

Missile test is used to evaluate the electrical performance of missile by applying excitation and acquisition of feedback signals.To meet the needs of high efficiency and deep analysis of data in missile research and development,a remote missile test system based on network technology is proposed,which integrate data from missile system in test site and in research and development center.It realizes a new pattern of missile test,which allows the test equipment in front and the interpretation of data in the rear.The practical application of the system shows that the efficiency is improved and the use of data is effectively,which meets the missile test need.

Pulse code modulation (PCM) technique has high ability of anti-jamming and has been widely used in ground test and flight test of spacecraft. To monitor the running state of the spacecraft, it is necessary to receive and display PCM data in real-time in the test process. A design method of PCM data real-time receiving system based on LabVIEW is presented. The real-time receiving and displaying of PCM data are realized by combining the data receiving card with the host computer program. The verification shows that the system can meet the requirement of spacecraft ground test.
